The coaching approach is rooted in the GROW model, originally devised by Graham Alexander and popularized by Sir John Whitmore in his book, Coaching for Performance (2010). This widely adopted framework offers a simple four-step structure for achieving effective organizational coaching.


GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Wrap-up):
